Strategic Plan

What will ISCreson look like in 2030 and beyond? Our Strategic Plan was recently revised to envision the ISCreson of the future.

In 2016, ISCreson completed a strategic planning process with the overarching goal of transforming into a top-tier international school. We are now a continuous IB World School with both the Primary Years Programme and our Middle Years Programme, and also fully accredited by the Association of Colorado Independent Schools.

In 2022, using feedback from multiple community surveys of parents, faculty, and staff, we have redeveloped the overall goals in our strategic plan, with an added emphasis on well-being and wellness (Objective 4)

Our mission remains the same: Our inclusive, globally minded community develops highly motivated and academically successful bilingual learners who are inter-culturally adept and make positive contributions in a complex world.

Offer an unparalleled student learning experience and foster academic and personal achievement by aligning bilingual, bi-cultural and International Baccalaureate curricula.
  • Pursue and utilize the best pedagogical practices across the school in keeping with the mission and vision of ISCreson and accreditation requirements.

  • Foster an educational community that supports the whole child in wellness, academic and language support, and social emotional development.

  • Create a streamlined, consistent, and stable K1 – G8 teaching and learning experience.

  • Employ a comprehensive, integrated curriculum with a focus on global citizenship, service learning, and “STEAM”.

Develop a visionary, state of the art campus, including infrastructure and facilities that intentionally foster the mission and achieve the vision of ISCreson.
