Note, facility rentals are only available on days that the campus is open, and a proof of insurance is required.

Gymnasium

  • Monday to Friday: $65/hr

  • Saturday and Sunday: $85/hr

Grass Soccer Field

  • Monday to Friday: $65/hr

  • Saturday and Sunday: $85/hr

Artificial Turf

  • Monday to Sunday: $70/hr

Mary Louise Evans Library

  • Monday to Sunday: $75/hr

Classroom Rental

  • Monday to Sunday: $45/hr

Additional Fees

  • ISCreson Employee Staffing: $50/hr

    • Note, the fee is billed on a *per person* basis, depending on the needs of each rental.

  • Special Event Flat Rate Fee

    • Includes set-up, break down, and clean up.

    • The rates will be determined on a *per usage* basis, and agreed upon by the parties.

  • Special Event Flat Rate Fee
